These Terms & Conditions outline the agreements that support clear communication, respectful use of time, and the integrity of this practice. By booking or participating in services offered by Michele Harrell, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Scope of Services

Services may include in-person sessions, virtual offerings, classes, memberships, retreats, and related experiences. All services are intended to support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Clients are responsible for communicating their needs, boundaries, and any relevant information to support safe participation.

Appointment Scheduling and Responsibility

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Late arrivals may shorten the session length in order to honor subsequent appointments.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the cancellation and attendance terms outlined below.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your time is valued, and the same respect is requested in return.

  • Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice are not subject to a fee

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50 percent fee

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100 percent fee

By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Memberships require a 60-day written notice for cancellation. Membership access and billing remain active during this notice period.

Class Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations follow the same guidelines as appointment cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50 percent fee

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100 percent fee

Refunds are not issued once a class has started or within the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled class time.

By booking a class, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for services or packages purchased.

If a service or package has not yet been used, it may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice and approval. Transferred services must be used within the original validity period and are subject to scheduling availability.

Once any portion of a service or package has been used, it is considered non-transferable and non-refundable.

Changes to Services or Scheduling

From time to time, scheduling changes or service adjustments may be necessary. If changes occur, clients will be notified as promptly as possible.

Client Conduct and Participation

Clients are expected to engage respectfully with the practitioner, other participants, and the space. This includes honoring boundaries, confidentiality, and the safety of others.

Services may be declined or discontinued if participation becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
