Hi, I’m Michele.

I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or caught in stress patterns that talk alone cannot shift. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and deep respect for your body's natural capacity to heal and restore when it feels genuinely safe.

I've spent decades in whole-person wellness and embodied healing, and I've learned that real transformation happens differently than we're often told. Rather than forcing change, this work creates the conditions where your nervous system can reorganize itself. I meet you with curiosity instead of pressure, with respect for your lived experience, and with awareness of the trauma and patterns your body has been carrying.
