I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in patterns of stress that do not fully resolve through talk-based approaches alone. My work is rooted in nervous system healing, somatic awareness, and respect for the body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore when it feels safe.
This work brings together decades of experience in whole-person wellness with modern nervous system focused methods. Rather than forcing change, the approach supports the body in slowing down, listening, and responding in its own time.
