Sacred Healers Exchange Retreats were created from a deep knowing that healers need spaces designed specifically for them. Not spaces where they are asked to give more of themselves, but spaces where they can arrive, exhale, and be truly held.
SHER is an immersive retreat experience created exclusively for healers, practitioners, facilitators, spiritual teachers, and space-holders of all kinds. Every retreat is built around the principle of conscious exchange, where each participant both gives and receives healing from the others in the container. No two retreats are ever the same. The modalities represented, the location, the energy, and the experience all shift depending on who gathers and where. That is part of what makes each one sacred.

These retreats were not born from a business plan. They were born from lived experience.
After years of witnessing and carrying the imbalance that so many healers know too well, always holding, always facilitating, always supporting others while something inside quietly runs dry, it became clear that true renewal requires something different. A space where healers can receive deeply, connect with peers who genuinely understand the path, and engage in conscious exchange without over-extending themselves.
SHER is that space. Every retreat is intentionally small and intimate, held with care, and designed so that every person in the room both gives and receives. The healing that happens in these containers is real, layered, and lasting. Healers leave feeling replenished, reconnected, and reminded of why they do this work.
Michele and Tammy co-host these retreats together, blending nervous system safety, shamanic grounding, and a shared commitment to creating experiences that feel both held and alive. Participants come from all modalities and backgrounds. What matters is not your specific practice but your willingness to both give and receive in a conscious, reciprocal container. SHER is not a training or a certification. It is a sacred gathering for those who are already doing the work and are ready to be truly nourished by it.
